Nicole helped us buy our first home. We had no idea what to expect and our timeline was quite short. She held our hands through the entire process and made it so simple. If we had a question, she responded with not just an answer, but an explanation video to walk us through any documents. She was incredibly organized, super responsive, communicated everything quickly and efficiently, and knew exactly who to contact and when. She had points of contact for everything we needed (like someone for help with a garage door, a locksmith, contact info for utilities, etc etc etc). She anticipated our needs, which was especially important because we didn't have any idea! She's incredibly well connected in this community, knows the ins and outs of the whole process, and made sure that everything ran as smoothly and quickly as possible. It was only 22 days from the day we first looked at our house, to the day we closed on it!! I could not be more impressed and would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home!!
